Do you accept insurance ?

No, I do not accept insurance. All of my services are private pay.

I am happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork (superbill/receipt) for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your insurance provider for details about your specific plan and reimbursement procedures.

I believe that therapy should be centered around you, with both you and your therapist collaboratively making decisions about your treatment. It is important that your insurance company does not dictate the frequency, duration, or number of sessions you can have each year.

Additionally, insurance companies often require a medical diagnosis for coverage. However, not everyone seeks therapy due to a medical diagnosis, and that is perfectly okay. You deserve to be supported in a way that aligns with your personal needs and preferences.

What are your fees ?

Individual/EMDR : $175 per 50 minute sessions

Couples/Family: $195 per 50 minute sessions

Please note that some sessions may extend beyond the typical duration due to specific modalities. In such cases, the session will be prorated, and you will be informed before the session begins.

Do you offer in person sessions?

I am currently only offering appointments online via a HIPAA compliant platform.

What is your cancellation policy?

I know life happens and if you are unable to make the appointment, you can reschedule within the same week to avoid any fees charged.

There is a minimum 24 hour notice to make any changes to your scheduled appointment.  Missed appointment and cancellations (or rescheduling) occurring less than 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.
